Fried Konjac

Don't cut the carrot too thick, cut the green pepper into sections and set aside.

Cut the konjac into strips and don’t cut too thick.

After the pan is hot, add a proper amount of oil, cut the green onion and pepper into small pieces, and put the ginger in the pan and fry for a minute (high fire).

Put the prepared konjac strips into the pot and fry for a minute or two (medium heat).

Put the prepared carrots and green peppers into the pan and fry them. Be sure to fry them for a while to lose all the water in them. Add the salt. After adding the salt, there will be water and stir fry for a while to lose the moisture. Just put some MSG.
