Fried Konjac Tofu with Chili

Finely chop garlic.

Wash and shred the konjac tofu and blanch for three minutes.

Wash the pepper and cut into circles.
4.
Stir-fry the garlic in a cold wok with hot oil 2. Add chili rings and stir-fry 3. Add konjac tofu and stir-fry for 5 minutes (with thirteen incense in the middle) 4. Season with salt and soy sauce and stir-fry evenly on a plate.
Tips:
Blanch the konjac tofu and soak in cold water for one minute to drain.
