I wanted to eat large intestine a few days ago, but it was raining and I couldn’t go out to buy it. Today, I bought large intestine and came back to fry on a sunny day.

Fried Large Intestine

1. I bought cooked large intestine in a marinade. It is best to wash the large intestine with hot water or not. Cut the large intestine into small sections, wash and cut the line pepper into sections, cut the green onion into sections, and shred the ginger

2. Heat the pan with cold oil, heat the pepper with the oil, sauté on low heat

3. Add green onion and ginger until fragrant

4. Saute the green onion and ginger, put the large intestine and chili in and stir fry

5. Stir fry for a few minutes, and then pour the special fresh soy sauce, which is about the amount of a spatula

6. Pour in the soy sauce and stir fry for a few minutes. Add salt, sugar and MSG. I put all three in the spatula.

7. Stir fry until the pepper is broken, you can taste the taste of the large intestine in the pan, if it tastes just right, it can be out of the pan

Tips:

You can put less pepper. After all, I like spicy food, and then it’s best to put some garlic in it. However, if there is no garlic at home, I will not put it. If the large intestine I bought is cooked and not colored, I can add extra fresh A little dark soy color
