Fried Lentils with Pork

Wash the pork and cut into strips, add light soy sauce, sugar and cooking wine, stir evenly and marinate for 5 minutes

Pick and wash the lentils and cut into strips

Pick up the frying pan, put the pork in the pan and fill it with oil

Re-start the frying pan, stir the scallion and ginger into the pan, then stir-fry the lentils

Stir-fry with sweet noodle sauce, add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and cook

Pork fried in a pot

Add salt and fry evenly, turn off the heat, serve and enjoy
