Fat and lean pork, fried with lentils, a homemade delicacy with meat and vegetables.

Fried Lentils with Pork

1. Wash the pork and cut into strips, add light soy sauce, sugar and cooking wine, stir evenly and marinate for 5 minutes

2. Pick and wash the lentils and cut into strips

3. Pick up the frying pan, put the pork in the pan and fill it with oil

4. Re-start the frying pan, stir the scallion and ginger into the pan, then stir-fry the lentils

5. Stir-fry with sweet noodle sauce, add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and cook

6. Pork fried in a pot

7. Add salt and fry evenly, turn off the heat, serve and enjoy

Tips:

Seasonings are added according to personal taste.
