Fried Long Lee Fish with Onions

Ingredients: Longli fish, onion (cleaned and cut)

Unpack the dragon fish and take it out and clean it.

Cut into pieces on the chopping board and set aside.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in the pot, add the chopped onions and stir fry.

Next, combine the cut longli fish and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Stir fry until the onion is broken.

Then, add 2.5 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Add 1.5 tablespoons of sugar.
9.
Add 1 tablespoon of salt.
10.
Add 0.5 scoop of MSG.

Season and stir well, serve.
