Fried Noodles

1. Cut two kinds of meat into small cubes, chopped green onion and set aside.

2. Put all the auxiliary materials into the bowl and stir evenly for later use.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add half of the chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

4. Add the diced meat and stir fry to change the color and the granules are dispersed.

5. Cut a little gap in the middle, and use the oil to scent the chili noodles.

6. Add the well-mixed auxiliary materials and appropriate amount of warm water and stir-fry continuously.

7. Add the remaining chopped green onion in about 3 minutes and turn off the heat. The sauce is ready.

8. Shred cucumber and carrot, blanch mung bean sprouts and set aside.

9. Put all the ingredients and drizzle the sauce to start.

Tips:

1. It is not necessary to add chili when frying the sauce. According to personal taste
2. Use pork belly and lean meat to make a lot of oil. Personally feel more fragrant. If you use pure lean meat, you should add more oil when you start the pan
