The black rice water left over from the black rice glutinous rice cake made yesterday was put in the refrigerator and I was not willing to throw it away. I cooked it with noodles at noon today and made a fried noodle.

Fried Noodles with Black Rice Water and Noodles

1. Leftover black rice soaked rice water

2. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the flour, add a little bit of black rice water to form a slightly firm dough,

3. Cover with plastic wrap and wake up for half an hour

4. Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces, absorb gold and cut onions into strips, mince garlic, wash and break rapeseed and set aside

Tips:

Adding a small amount of salt to the noodles will make the noodles firmer, and the noodles should be firmer.
