Fried Noodles with Soy Sprouts

Ingredients: soybean sprouts, vermicelli, pork.

Wash the pork and cut into strips.

Put water in a pot and boil, add the vermicelli and cook until it is half cooked, remove it.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add soybean sprouts and blanch.

Let it cool in cold water and remove it to drain the water.

Heat the pan, add oil to heat, add green onion and ginger to fry until fragrant.

After adding the pork, stir fry with soy sauce until the pork changes color.

Add soybean sprouts and stir fry for a while, add salt and stir fry evenly.

Add the boiled vermicelli and MSG and stir fry.

Stir fry until the vermicelli is cooked through.

Put the fried soy bean sprouts vermicelli into the plate and serve.
Tips:
1. The vermicelli is boiled in boiling water for nine mature years and then taken out for later use.
2. Blanch the soybean sprouts with boiling water to remove the beany flavor.
