Fried Noodles with Vegetables and Pork
1.
Cut the pork into thin strips, put an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes.
2.
Wash the cabbage, drain, and cut into sections for later use.
3.
Wash the carrots, cut into thin slices, and set aside.
4.
Chopped green onion and set aside.
5.
Put a proper amount of water in it, boil it, add the noodles to cook, remove the water and set aside (I'm lazy, no water).
6.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, sauté the chopped green onion, add the shredded pork, and fry until the color changes.
7.
Add carrot slices and stir fry.
8.
Add the cabbage and stir fry.
9.
Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, add appropriate amount of salt, stir fry, and add a little water.
10.
Add the noodles to the right amount of light soy sauce, stir fry evenly and get out of the pot.
Tips:
When the noodles are cooked, they can be out of the pot when they are 80% cooked, and let them pass in cold water, otherwise they will become sticky. I am lazy, so the noodles are not so neat to eat.
