Fried Pearls
1.
150 grams of rice noodles.
2.
Add water to the rice noodles and make rice dough.
3.
Add water to a boiling pot and boil, and the rice noodles are mixed into peanut-sized dough and cooked. While pulling and cooking, pull one and throw one into the pot. After pulling, use a strainer to pick up the "pearls" and let the water cool to prevent the "pearls" from sticking together.
4.
Side dishes: spring bamboo shoots, garlic sprouts, pork, shiitake mushrooms.
5.
Soak shiitake mushrooms in water.
6.
Cut all the side dishes into peanut-sized cubes.
7.
Add water starch to the diced meat, mix well, and wait for a few minutes, so that the meat will be tender when fried.
8.
Add appropriate amount of cooking oil to the wok. After the oil is hot, add the diced meat and scatter.
9.
Add the spring bamboo shoots and shiitake mushrooms, and continue to stir fry.
10.
Add "pearls" to the side dishes after they are cooked. Add an appropriate amount of edible salt.
11.
Add the chopped green garlic sprouts before serving, and stir-fry for a few times. Add a little MSG before serving.
12.
Stir-fried "pearl" is both a dish and a meal.
Tips:
Don't stir-fry for too long after adding garlic sprouts, otherwise the aroma of garlic will be easily lost.
