Fried Pork with Bamboo Shoots
1.
Tear the bamboo shoots and set aside. What I bought this time was processed by someone, not the shelled one. I just bought it and boiled the water again. If you buy it with a shell, I usually smash it, because whether it is slapped or torn is better than cut. I forgot to take this photo or took another phone... the one before the release, but it is of a different variety, and the same is already processed and ready to be fried.
2.
Prepare the ginger and garlic.
3.
Heat the pan with oil. It is best to use lard, vegetable vegetable oil, vegetable vegetable oil, which is more fragrant.
4.
Stir fragrant ginger and garlic.
5.
Add pork and stir fry quickly. I cut the pork before, so I didn’t take a picture 😄
6.
After the pork has changed color, add bamboo shoots, add salt, and stir fry evenly.
7.
Stir fry evenly.
8.
Add soy sauce and sugar. Continue to stir well.
9.
Stir it well and you can get it out of the pot.
Tips:
1. The amount of salt, soy sauce, and sugar depends on the amount of ingredients and your own taste. There is no standard. I usually use Chubang's soy sauce. The role of sugar is only to improve freshness.
2. It is best to use pork belly to slice and fry. Mine is the part of pork belly without skin. If the meat is lean, it's best to marinate it with starch before frying.
3. The whole process of fire, stir fry.
