Fried Pork with Chili

Wash the green peppers and garlic

Remove the stems and seeds of the green chili, and slice it from the middle, then cut into diamond-shaped slices with a diagonal knife

Cut pork knuckle into 6x3x0.2cm thick slices

Cut the garlic into 0.2cm thick slices for later use

Put salad oil and pork slices in the pot and stir fry

Pour the cooking wine when the meat slices change color

Then add the sweet noodle sauce and stir fry

Add in flavor, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, salt, garlic slices and stir fry

Then add green chili flakes and stir fry

Stir-fry green chilies, mix well with seasoning

Finally, add sesame oil and put it on the plate.
Tips:
For spicy food, add 2g dried chili segments and stir-fry until the taste changes.
