Fried Pork with Dried Beans

Wash the beans first and soak them in water for about half a day.

Cut into inch pieces, finely chop green onion and ginger.

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and cut in half.

Stir the pork in advance.

Put oil in the pan, add green onion and ginger and stir fry until it is fragrant.

Add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.

Add the beans and stir fry evenly.

Add the meat slices, soy sauce, salt and sugar, and then add an appropriate amount of water. After boiling, turn to medium-low heat and cook for about 10 minutes.
