Fried Pork with Ginger

Prepare tender ginger and pork.

The pork slices are smashed with salt starch.

Cut tender ginger into thin skins.

Chop the green onions.

Heat the pot, put the ginger slices in the pot and fry for a while.

Tips:
The ginger slices are first fried and roasted in a dry pan to remove some of the moisture in the tender ginger, and the ginger slices will not be very spicy.
