Fried Pork with Potatoes

Wash the pork, cut into slices, use salt, starch, light soy sauce and sesame oil to grab evenly, and marinate for a while;

Remove the stems and seeds of the green peppers, wash them, and cut into pieces;

After the potatoes are peeled, wash, slice, soak in clean water for a while, drain the water for later use;

After the wok is heated, pour some oil in to heat, turn the heat to low, add the pepper and saute until fragrant;

Turn to high heat, add the meat slices and stir fry until the color turns white;

Add appropriate amount of sugar and stir-fry evenly;
7.
Put the potatoes in, stir fry over high heat; pour in an appropriate amount of water, close the lid, and simmer the potatoes;

Transfer in the right amount of light soy sauce;
9.
Add green peppers and stir fry;
10.
After the ingredients are cooked, add an appropriate amount of salt;
11.
Add the right amount of chicken essence, stir fry evenly, and lift the pot.
Tips:
1. Potatoes contain some toxic alkaloids, mainly solanine and chaetomycin, but generally after cooking at a high temperature of 170 ℃, toxic substances will decompose.
