Fried Potato Chips with Green Peppers

Wash the green peppers and red peppers, break them into pieces and set aside

Peel the potatoes, wash, slice, and soak in cold water for 5 to 10 minutes to soak out the starch to avoid sticking to the pot during cooking

Remove the potato chips to control the moisture

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, saute the five-spice powder and chopped green onion, add the potato slices and stir-fry until the potato slices become soft

Add green and red peppers and stir fry

Stir-fry until the green pepper changes color
7.
Add salt and light soy sauce to taste, soak the water at the bottom of the potato chips until the green pepper changes color
8.
Take out the pan and serve.
