Fried Potato Shreds with Sauerkraut

Carrots, shredded and set aside.

Potatoes, shredded, soaked in cold water, set aside.

Sauerkraut, shredded, set aside.

Stir-fry shredded onions and carrots,

Add the prepared sauerkraut shreds and continue to stir fry until it has a sour flavor.

Add the prepared potato shreds (drained out), continue to stir-fry and season.

Tips:
The shredded potatoes are soaked in water to remove some of the starch and make them crisper and crisper.
