Potatoes and beans are the main dishes in summer. The starch of potatoes themselves makes the fried dishes have a natural aroma and saves the process of owing.

Fried Potatoes and Beans

1. Wash the beans and break them into one-inch-long pieces. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into the same length. Finely chop green onion and garlic

2. Put peanut oil in the pot, add green onions, minced garlic and stir fragrant

3. Add the snap beans and stir fry carefully

4. Stir-fry for about a minute or two and add the potatoes

5. Stir-fry evenly and pour in the soy sauce

6. Stir well and pour in the right amount of water

7. Cover the pot and simmer for 3-4 minutes

8. Open the lid and quickly stir fry a few times, add salt

9. Finally, add MSG and sesame oil and it will be out of the pot

Tips:

Add water as long as the material is slightly submerged.
Stir fry immediately after adding the soy sauce, otherwise the soy sauce will stick to the pan and the vegetables will become sticky.
