Fried Potatoes with Green Beans

Wash the green beans, peel the potatoes, clean and cut into dices, remove the seeds of red pepper and cut into small dices, peel and chop garlic cloves.

Pour oil into the pot and heat until 70% hot, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add green beans, diced potatoes, and diced red pepper.

Start to stir-fry the diced potatoes and green beans for 2 minutes on high heat. Add salt and soy sauce to taste.

Stir-fry over high heat to make the dish delicious, then add appropriate amount of water and cook.

Cook for a few minutes, cook until the green beans and diced potatoes are cooked, add a small amount of sauce to taste.
