Fried Rice

Carrots are peeled, washed and diced; red sausage is washed and diced; green onions are peeled, washed and chopped.

Beat 2 eggs, mix with a little water and stir evenly. The scrambled eggs with a little water are more tender.

Leftover rice, take 2 servings, I prepared a large plate.

Add the right amount of oil to the wok, pour the beaten eggs, use chopsticks to quickly loosen them, fry them and take them out for later use.

In another oil pan, saute the five-spice powder and chopped green onion, add carrots and stir-fry until the carrots become soft.

Add rice to break up and stir fry. Pay attention to medium and low heat to avoid mashing the pot.

Add the fried eggs and red sausage, stir fry evenly.

Add salt and a little light soy sauce to taste. You can add some chicken powder if you like. I usually don't add it, and it tastes delicious.

Put it out of the pot and serve it on the table to see if it is very appetizing. It's so delicious.
Tips:
1. Homemade fried rice, there are no strict requirements on the ingredients, you can add it in if you like, and it's delicious.
2. Add a little water when frying eggs, the eggs will be more tender.
