Fried Rice

Cut the pork into slices, add cooking oil, minced garlic, cornstarch and marinate for 20 minutes.

Soak the shiitake mushrooms and dried shrimps in water, cut into cubes and set aside. Wash the lettuce, cut into small pieces, and cut the garlic into garlic paste.

Beat the eggs, add oil in a hot pan, spread them into egg cubes, set aside
