Fried Rice Noodles with Sauerkraut

Soak the rice noodles and set aside

Wash the sauerkraut and dry the water

Shred the tenderloin, put light soy sauce, salt, sugar, starch, marinate for about 10 minutes

Cut shallots, chopped green onions, cut carrots into diamond-shaped slices, cut onions, green and red peppers into small pieces, and cut cabbage into pieces

Tips:
1. Soak the rice noodles in advance to soften
2. When frying rice noodles, use the spatula in one hand and the chopsticks in the other to make it easy to fry evenly
3. You can mix and match vegetables as you like
4. Rice noodles are fragile and need to be quickly stir-fried after being put into the pot
