Fried Rice with Cabbage and Egg

Dice the carrots, tear the cabbage by hand, remove the large stems, slice the dried tofu, and beat the two duck eggs with a little salt.

Add oil to the hot pan and fry the duck eggs on high fire. Use chopsticks to stir a few times, not too long.

Put the fried duck eggs and set aside.

Add oil again, put down the vegetables and stir fry until the cabbage becomes slightly transparent and soft.

Pour in the rice, continue to stir fry, add salt, cooking wine, and soy sauce to taste.

Finally turn off the heat, pour the duck eggs and mix well.
Tips:
Don't cook the eggs for too long, and the rice doesn't need to be fried for too long.
