Fried Rice with Cheese and Sausage

Thaw the fish and meat sausages in advance, and then rinse them with water for later use.

Processing ingredients: cut fish sausages and meat sausages into cubes, peel the carrots, wash and cut into cubes, and beat the eggs with a little salt for later use.

Scrambled eggs: Put 2 teaspoons of peanut oil in a hot pan, pour the eggs in and quickly break them up with chopsticks. The eggs can be cooked in less than 1 minute, and then set the eggs for later use.

Tips:
1. The rice used for fried rice should be boiled dry as much as possible, or use leftover rice from overnight, preferably refrigerated, the fried rice made from this kind of rice is more delicious.
2. When scrambled eggs, make the fire big and move fast. The eggs will be cooked in about half a minute, so that the fried eggs are soft and tender.
