Fried Rice with Golden and Silver Egg
1.
1 bowl of leftover rice. 30 grams of green peppers, 35 grams of carrots, and 1 slice of ham are all cut into small grains. Chopped green onion
2.
Beat an egg. It can also be directly beaten in a pot without being beaten in a bowl, and just stir-fry.
3.
Heat the pan with cold oil. It doesn’t need to be too much, just about 10 spoonfuls of oil will do.
4.
After the oil is hot, add the rice, stir-fry until the rice grains are slightly beating in the pan.
5.
Pour in egg liquid or directly beat in an egg.
6.
Stir fry quickly until each grain of rice is wrapped in egg liquid.
7.
After the egg liquid has solidified, it comes out of the pot.
8.
Put a small spoonful of oil in the wok, about 7, 8 grams. Add chopped green onion and carrots and stir fry a few times, then add green peppers and ham slices and stir fry a few times.
9.
Then add the fried rice grains, add a little five-spice powder, a little salt, and 3 drops of soy sauce.
10.
Stir-fry evenly out of the pan.
Tips:
Don't get too much oil the second time, as long as you can fry the carrots.
