The crispy residue left after the pig is fried is the oil residue. When I was a child, I liked the fried lard at home. The lard was used to fry vegetables, and the remaining residue was used for fried rice. It was especially delicious. Let’s learn together. . "

Fried Rice with Oil Residue

1. Disperse the leftovers in a bowl with a shovel.

2. Chop the oil residue with a knife.

3. Wash the cabbage and shred it.

4. Heat up the pan and heat the oil. The oil is 50% hot. Add the oil residue and fry for about 2 minutes.

5. Add the rice and stir fry evenly.

6. Beat the eggs directly in and place them on top of the rice.

7. Spread the eggs evenly over the rice with a spatula, and fry for about 2 minutes.

8. Add the cabbage and stir-fry until broken.

9. Add the right amount of salt.

10. Add some light soy sauce to taste.

11. Pepper fragrant.

12. Chili powder for flavor and color.

13. Stir-fry evenly.

14. The finished product is out of the pot.

Tips:

The eggs are directly put on the rice, and the effect of omelet rice can also be made (the lazy version of the omelet rice effect, haha).
