Fried Rice with Salted Egg Yolk and Shrimp

250g rice, 1 egg, 30g shrimp, 1g salt
25g light soy sauce, 30g three diced, 1 duck egg

Add salt and egg white to the shrimp and marinate for 10 minutes

Pick out the duck egg yolk and crush it for later use

Raise the frying pan, fry the cooked shrimps, set aside
5.
Place the duck egg yolk in a hot pan, stir-fry and turn off

Lay the egg yolk and white rice, stir well
7.
Turn on a low heat, pour in the shrimps and three diced, stir fry evenly
8.
Add a spoonful of light soy sauce, stir-fry and serve
9.
Just sprinkle with chopped green onion
Tips:
1. The salted egg yolk is a bit salty, so you can put a little bit less salt
