Fried Squid

Wash the fresh squid, remove the black film and hard bones in the middle, and use a cutting knife;

Wash the green onion, ginger, garlic, green and red peppers, cut the green onion into sections, shred the ginger, slice the garlic, and cut the green and red pepper into circles;

Put soy sauce, salt, sugar, balsamic vinegar, starch, and cooking wine together in a bowl, and make a flavored sauce for later use;

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the wok and heat it to an oil temperature of about 100 degrees, add the squid, slide until it is curled, and pour it into a colander to leak oil.
