Fried Squid Rolls

Clean the squid, cut a knife inside the squid, and cut the X-shaped pattern. Changing the knife into small pieces. Cut it all out. After blanching, take it out, curl it naturally, and control dry water for later use.

Cut the onion into strips.

Pour about 1 scoop of soy sauce and cooking wine into the squid. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a wok, add onion strips and saute until fragrant.

Tips:
After the squid is put in the wok, there will be a little soy sauce and other moisture. You need to fry it over high heat. Add black pepper and cumin and stir well.
