Fried Toast Meatballs

Peel the pork and cut into large pieces; the fat-to-lean ratio of 1:9 or 2:8, put it in the meat grinder;

Beat into the minced meat you like; you can beat out more minced meat at one time. In addition to making balls, you can also make dumplings.

Pick up another bucket, break the dried toast slices into small pieces, and put them into the minced meat bucket;

Close the lid, power on, and lightly press the top button;

In a few seconds, toast slices become toast crumbles, which is also what we commonly call bread crumbs;

Pour the beaten meat into the toast bucket, then beat in an egg, sprinkle a little salt, pour a little soy sauce, black pepper; the toast slices contain sugar and salt, so the soy sauce is salty, so add salt appropriately ;

Use a meat grinder for a few seconds to mix thoroughly; the toast is very absorbent, so add some cold water gradually, and mix it evenly with a small spoon;

Stirred toast meat is thicker, slightly trembling when picked up, and will not fall off easily; if it is too dry, the balls will be hard, too soft, and the balls will not be shaped properly;

Pour half of the oil in the small pot, heat it over medium heat, insert the bamboo chopsticks into the oil pot, and there are fine small bubbles around the chopsticks, and the oil temperature is right;

Grasp a handful of meat filling in your hand, squeeze a round ball from the mouth of the tiger, use a small spoon to help remove the ball into the oil pan;

The oil temperature should not be too high and turn to a low heat to prevent the outside being burnt and the inside being immature; when the oil is fried to a lighter than ideal color, remove the oil control, and the remaining temperature will make the surface color darker.
Tips:
1. The meat must be a little fat so that it is not dry, and it tastes delicious;
2. The toast slices I use are bought out of the market, with a small amount of flavor in it, so the fried meatballs have an aroma, which is not liked by everyone; if you use homemade toast instead, the taste will be more refreshing; toast slices To evaporate some of the moisture in it before use;
3. The toast is very water-absorbing, so after mixing the meat filling, you should add some water to prevent the filling from being too dry and the fried meatballs will taste hard;
4. The oil temperature of the croquettes should not be too high, especially after the toast is added, it is easy to color, so it should be changed from time to time between medium and small fires.
