Fried Tofu with Crab

Ingredients: Crab (cleaned), oily tofu, sliced ginger, chives

Remove the cleaned crabs to remove the shells and cut the gills with scissors and set aside.

Put the oily tofu on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then put the ginger slices in the saucepan.

Afterwards, put in the packed crabs and add the right amount of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, add the cut oiled tofu, add an appropriate amount of water, stir and boil until cooked.

Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.
