Fried Yellow Croaker

2. Slice the fish on both sides, cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic for later use

Tips:

If you don’t eat chili or cumin powder, you can replace it with your favorite seasoning powder, and eat it while it’s hot, it won’t be crispy enough when it’s cold.
