Slice the fish on both sides, cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic for later use

Put the fish in a basin, add green onions, ginger, garlic, and appropriate amount of Erguotou wine

Add a little soy sauce

Finally add the right amount of salt

Then massage the fish with your hands to help the fish taste, so marinate for two hours, and then massage several times during the period.

Sauté the cumin grains in a dry pan until the aroma comes out, and then put them in a grinding bottle

Sprinkle some dry flour on both sides of the fish

Heat the wok and add more oil

Tips:
If you don’t eat chili or cumin powder, you can replace it with your favorite seasoning powder, and eat it while it’s hot, it won’t be crispy enough when it’s cold.
