Fried Yellow Croaker

Marinated fish: Wash yellow croaker, cut off the head, put it in a basin, add green onion, ginger slices, a spoonful of five-spice powder, a spoonful of salt, a little soy sauce and cooking wine, and marinate for more than half an hour

Mixing the batter: Put a bowl of flour, a bag of fried chicken powder, beaten an egg, two spoons of starch, add cold water on one side and stir well on the other side. I forgot to take pictures in this step, sorry.

Deep-fried fish: Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and heat it up. You can drop a drop of batter into it. If it disperses quickly, the oil temperature is good. Coat the yellow croaker evenly with the batter and put it in the oil pan. Fry until golden brown
Tips:
When frying, you can use chopsticks to poke the fish on the back twice, so that there will be no big bubbles
