Fried Yuba with Carrots

Prepare ingredients. Shred carrots and green garlic, soak the yuba in warm water and cut into sections.

Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the green garlic shreds.

Add yuba and sauté until fragrant.

Add carrots and stir-fry evenly.
