Fried Zucchini with Duck Eggs and Carrots

Ingredients: zucchini (washed and sliced), carrots (washed and peeled and sliced), duck eggs.

Beat the duck eggs into egg liquid and set aside.

Boil the cut carrots in a pot of clean water and remove them.
