Fungus Mixed with Cucumber

Soak the fungus in cold water, then blanch it with hot water

Soak the cucumbers in light salt water for a few minutes and rinse them off

Put the cucumber on the chopping board and pat it open with a knife.

Cut diagonally into pieces,

Put the chopped cucumber fungus into a basin, add salt and minced garlic, mix well and marinate for a few minutes.
6.
Pour out the excess juice after the water is discharged
7.
Add chopped green onion oil, aged vinegar, light soy sauce, and mix well.
Tips:
Cut it at an angle so that the cucumber touches the surface area of the seasoning and is easy to taste. After the fungus is soaked, I usually blanch it in boiling water and then eat it in cold water.
