The niece likes to eat very much, she can eat a lot every time she cooks, maybe the kids like to eat tomato juice. But I don’t like to use tomato sauce. Sometimes I can’t be lazy. When I’m diligent, I use tomatoes to make my own juice. Not to mention it is more delicious, and healthier.

Fusilli Pasta with Tomato Meat Sauce

1. Mince pork, add soy sauce, salt, sugar, wine, black pepper to marinate for preparation

2. Dice tomatoes for later use

3. Hot water, add a little salt, add the fusilli pasta

4. When the spaghetti is cooked, drain the water, add some black pepper and oil and mix

5. Heat in a pan with less oil, first saute the pork until fragrant, then add the tomatoes and fry until fragrant. A small amount of water is boiled until thick, add appropriate amount of black pepper, sugar and salt to taste

6. Finally, spread the meat sauce on the fusilli pasta and start eating

Tips:

1. To be lazy, you can use canned tomatoes or tomato sauce
2. Spread the meat sauce on the spaghetti in order to look good. In fact, when the spaghetti is cooked to 7 minutes cooked, put the spaghetti into the sauce and cook until 9 minutes or 10 minutes cooked, which is more delicious
