Garlic Broccoli

Break the broccoli into small petals and wash. Mince garlic.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add broccoli and blanch for about 20 seconds. The color of the broccoli will become more vivid after being boiled. When blanching the broccoli, the time should not be too long, otherwise the crispness will be lost and the mixed dishes will be greatly reduced. After blanching, put it in cold boiled water and let it cool, and then drain the water before use.

Add light soy sauce to the minced garlic, put oil in the pot, heat it and pour it over the minced garlic. Add salt and mix well.

Pour the minced garlic on the broccoli and mix well.
