Garlic Eggplant

Prepare the ingredients: Wash and remove the stalks of the eggplant. Change the knife and cut into hob pieces. Put the cut eggplant in a large bowl, add an appropriate amount of water and sprinkle with some salt to soak for a while.

The garlic is peeled and cut into the ends. After the eggplant is soaked in salt water for a while, you can remove some of the yellow water in the eggplant and drain the water for later use.

Add oil in a hot pan, add minced garlic and stir fry until it tastes good.
