Garlic Pepper Mixed with Yellow Flowers

Main ingredients: fresh day lily, garlic, pepper.

Boil water in a pot, add the washed daylily and blanch until cooked. After taking it out, soak in clean water for about 2 hours, changing the water twice in the middle.

Dry the soaked day lily. Cut it a few times to ensure it is easy to eat.

Put the cut daylily in a suitable container, add a little salt and monosodium glutamate, mix well and marinate until the base taste.

Put the oil in the pot to heat, then reduce the oil temperature to 50% hot, pour the oil into the bowl of chili powder, let cool and set aside.

Heat oil and add two-thirds of the garlic granules. Stir-fry on low heat until slightly yellowish and turn off the heat. Put it in a bowl and cool, add the remaining one-third of the garlic cubes, and add light soy sauce. Add a little salt and oyster sauce.

Then add appropriate amount of chili oil, stir evenly, and serve as "garlic pepper oil sauce".

Then pour a part of the garlic pepper oil sauce into the marinated day lily, and mix it well.

Put the mixed day lily on the plate. Put a spoonful of garlic and pepper oil on top and serve.
Tips:
Fresh day lily must be blanched and soaked before eating.
