Garlic Salad
1.
Cut sharp pepper into circles, mince coriander, and mince garlic.
2.
Pour all the seasonings into a bowl and mix together, set aside.
3.
Wash the head and tail of the garlic moss, then add a small amount of oil and salt to the boiled water.
4.
After the garlic moss is blanched in water, remove it and put it in cold water to cool down, and then tear it into strips by hand (a toothpick or a knife is also acceptable).
5.
After all the tears are done, remove the dripping water and place it in a dish.
6.
Pour the adjusted chili juice on top of the garlic moss and stir well when eating.
Tips:
1. After the garlic moss is blanched, it becomes soft and tough, and it is easy to tear.
2. When the garlic moss has a spicy flavour, it can be boiled for a long time when the water is blanched.
3. The juice of the cold dressing can be adjusted according to personal taste. If you don't like spicy food, you can leave it alone.
