Garlic White Meat

Wash the pork well.

Prepare green onion, ginger and aniseed.

Add water to the pot, boil pork, green onion, ginger, and aniseed in the pot, cook until the meat is cooked, remove and drain the water.

Peel the garlic and chop into minced garlic.

Put the crushed garlic in a container and add salt.

Add garlic oyster sauce.

Add sesame oil.

Add light soy sauce and stir evenly into a sauce.

Cut the cooked pork into slices and put it on the plate. The size of the meat slices is thin and thick (my diners like to eat meat, so the meat slices are big and thick).
