I went to Xiamen to eat this dish in August. When I got home, I couldn't forget it, thinking that I would make it myself.

Ginger Duck

1. Cut two large pieces of ginger into large slices, pour sesame oil into the pot and stir fragrant ginger slices

2. Add duck cubes again, stir-fry the duck oil, add rice wine, light soy sauce and stir-fry

3. Add a lot of water and simmer, I also added some astragalus to replenish qi, and put in a few rock sugar

4. Simmer for 1 hour, the duck meat is soft and rotten, season with salt, and sprinkle a handful of goji berries before serving
