Glutinous Rice and Fresh Meat Cake

Wash the plum meat and chop it into minced meat with a meat cleaver

Minced meat, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, green onion and ginger are all put into the bucket of the chef's machine. Use a stirring paddle at the 1st gear for 2 minutes, and stir until the meat is gelatinous.

Pour the steamed glutinous rice and low-gluten flour into the bucket of the chef's machine, install the mixing paddle, and start the first speed for 10 seconds (the glutinous rice and low-gluten flour can be mixed, not easy to over-mix)

Dip a little low-gluten flour on your hands, take an appropriate amount of glutinous rice that has been stirred, round and flatten

Pat a little low-gluten flour on the surface of the prepared glutinous rice and fresh meat cake to prevent sticking, and press flat

Fry until the glutinous rice and fresh meat cake is slightly yellow on both sides, pour some cold water around the pan, cover the pan, collect the water and open the cover and turn it over.
Tips:
1. The soaking time of glutinous rice should not be too long, it will make the glutinous rice too rotten after cooking, so there is no need to pour out the soaking water
2. If the meat is sweet, add some sugar
3. The glutinous rice and fresh meat cakes are suitable for hot food, and can be reheated after cooling.
