Glutinous Rice and Meat Pie

1. The ingredients are ready, the glutinous rice is washed and soaked for three hours in advance

2. Yeast powder weighed well

3. Stir with warm water and let stand for 5 minutes

4. Slowly pour the yeast water and warm water into the flour and stir to form a flocculent

5. Knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment

6. Glutinous rice is steamed in a steamer

7. The dough is doubled

8. Take out the exhaust gas, divide it into 8 equal-sized doses, and round them

9. Lean meat and ginger minced

10. Add steamed glutinous rice and green onions

11. Add bean paste, pepper, light soy sauce. The bean paste is made by my mother herself. It is salty, so I don’t need to add salt.

12. Stir well

13. Take one of the ingredients and roll it into a dough sheet with a thick middle and thin edges

14. Put the right amount of stuffing in the middle

15. After wrapping, fry on a greased electric baking pan, with the mouth facing down
