Glutinous Rice Meatballs

Soak the glutinous rice 3-4 hours in advance, and drain the water for later use.

Stir the pork into minced meat, cut 3 shiitake mushrooms and half a carrot, mince finely.

Knock an egg into it, pour in 1 spoon of white rice wine, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of salt, 1 spoon of thirteen incense, 1 spoon of chicken powder, and 3 spoons of sweet potato powder (or cornstarch is also possible).

Stir well and set aside.

A small slice of carrot is cut off, for garnish, and inserted on top of the meatballs.

Use your hands to make round balls, put them in glutinous rice and roll them to cover them with glutinous rice.

Brush the plate with peanut oil, and then put the balls full of glutinous rice on the plate.

Steam for 10-15 minutes to get out of the pot.

If you like it, you can also deep-fry it with bread crumbs.
