Golden Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings with warm water and make a small opening (to drain blood). Heat scallion and ginger water in a pot, boil and add chicken wings. Remove after 3 minutes and drain the water.

Take a flat-bottomed non-stick pan and turn on low heat; put 80g butter in the pan until the butter is completely melted.

Place the chicken wings in a pan and fry on low heat.

Sprinkle all the seasoning in three times until the chicken wings are fried until golden brown. (Sprinkle salt at the end) Just serve.
