This is an innovative dish made by myself. I have cooked a similar dish before. It is stewed with soup and it tastes very good. Today I improved it a bit and made a dry fried dish with burnt fragrant. The taste is different. 1. First cut the tofu into chopstick-thick triangles, dip in cornstarch, and fry on both sides until golden.

12. A golden tofu with golden color, each piece is evenly coated with minced meat and ingredients.

Tips:

After the tofu is fried, it can be directly dipped in tomato sauce or garlic. The taste is also very good.
