Golden Roll-(leek Egg Roll)

Eggs beaten and fried, minced

Soak the vermicelli in hot water, soften and chop (I found the vermicelli at home is finished, the rice vermicelli I used)

Chop the ginger, wash and dry the leeks or use a kitchen paper towel to absorb the moisture, and then chop (the ginger has been placed under the leeks, so ignore it)

Adjust the filling, first add oil to the leeks to prevent water from flowing out, and finally put the top seasoning according to the amount of filling

Roll the wonton wrapper on top of the filling, squeeze both sides tightly, then brush the oil on the electric baking pan, and fry for a few minutes
Tips:
Don't put the eggs with the leeks when they are hot. Cut the leeks and put the oil first, and put the salt last when you adjust the filling to prevent the leeks from leaking water. You can also put your favorite dishes as fillings,
