Golden Shrimp Ball
1.
Green prawns peeled off the shrimp line
2.
Use a knife to cut into three pieces (depending on the size of the shrimp)
3.
Pour the cooking wine to remove the fishy taste for five minutes, then add salt, barbecue sauce, and thirteen incense, stir evenly, and marinate for twenty-five minutes to taste
4.
Pour the eggs, starch (additionally), a little flour (about half a small rice bowl) into the bowl and stir with the shrimp. There is no need to add additional water. The egg liquid and sauce are enough.
5.
Stir until you can coat the powder. The amount of starch is controlled by yourself, so you don't need too much flour.
6.
Pour the oil into the pot and cook, then turn to a low heat, add the powder-coated shrimp meat, and take out the golden brown.
7.
The effect after frying.
Tips:
Master the starch flour materials by yourself. Even if it's not very salty, you can add barbecue powder or dipped in barbecue sauce later. The fans must be able to hang on. I didn't explode them all. The remaining plastic wrap will be sealed in the refrigerator and will be eaten tomorrow.
